I spent a very relaxing evening doing a workshop with Lynne on Tuesday. We made a handbag card with a card outer covered in some beautiful papers. We decorated the cover with punched flowers with what I call Jellytots, but I think are called Craft Candy. I put a card on the front which I will add some writing to when I know what I am going to use the card for.
The inside of the card was made with five envelopes, each with a card inside on which to write or include photos.

K-K-Katie
Still trying to use up my stash, and found some pieces of pink papers which went nicely with the background paper, so managed to complete another two pages. The first one shows Katie playing in the paddling pool, one day when it was hot.
I used the Cricut to cut the letters for her name for the second page, and used the cut out K for the first page. I love this photo of her, though she does look quite serious.
All the other smaller photos were cut out of larger ones, which makes it nice to see each little area in detail. Obviously they are all perfect, just like her.

Spotty Dotty
These photos were taken of Katie when she had chicken pox a couple of months ago. Poor little love she was really covered with them.
I like to work in double pages, and the next page shows her studying a flower. I love the look of wonder on her face. As we grow older we often miss the wonder in things around us.
I decided it was time I made a start on using up some of my massive stock of paper, and as I am on holiday at the moment I am trying to get in lots of scrapbooking.
